  • EXCLUSIONS

    1. Incidental costs, including towing fees, car rental fees, travel expenses. Assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by the limited warranty. Also excluded are consequential damages to other assemblies and components resulting from defective parts or during the repair.

    2. Rust through, and/or damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior of non-replaced panels.

     

    This States All the Limited Warranties made by Deep Blue Collision Center, Inc. and contains the only promises for which it be responsible.

    CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS:  In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the owner of the vehicle must do the following:

    1. Present the owner’s copy of this warranty document to the warrantor BEFORE requesting repairs or parts.
    2. Have any warranted repair, adjustment, or inspection made ONLY on the premises of the warrantor during normal business hours.

    All warranties implied by law, including the warranties of the merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the warranty period and will expire at end of such period.

     

Mission Statement

Deep Blue Collision Center, Inc. provides a limited lifetime warranty on repairs we perform.

This warranty is valid as long as you own the vehicle, “you” being the person whose name appears on the original work order. This warranty is for labor only and applies as stipulated below:

Metalwork:

Deep Blue Collision Center, Inc. provides a limited lifetime warrant on all metalwork, including welding and the application of materials used in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs.

We will repair and repaint, excluding rust repairs, any metalwork thus warranted, when a claim is made by the owner whose name appears on the original work order as described above, UNLESS damage is caused by or is a result of unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle.

Paint, Stripes and Decals

Deep Blue Collision Center, Inc. provides a limited lifetime warranty on paint-related priming and paint work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing and excessive loss of pigmentation.

We also provide a limited lifetime warranty on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, EXCLUDING those defects caused by extreme environmental conditions.

We will re-prime, re-paint, re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or sections warranted (excluding rust repairs) when the claim is made within the warranty period, UNLESS caused by or damaged as a result of unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

Paint warranty is only valid when paint is applied over OEM-type finishes that are free of defect.

Mechanical Repairs

Deep Blue Collision Center, Inc. provides a limited lifetime warranty on all mechanical repairs related to the original collision damage. Electrical repairs are EXCLUDED.

We repair any mechanical assembly or component when the claim is made within the warranty period, UNLESS caused by or damages as a result of a defective part, unreasonable part, unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

Parts

Deep Blue Collision Center, Inc. uses only replacement parts of the highest quality. Parts and materials used are subject to the supplier’s or manufacturer’s guarantee. (Our warranty does not does not exceed the manufacture’s warranty) We will assist you in pursuing any claim through the manufacturer’s guarantee. NON-OEM parts warranted by the original manufacturer for rust through.

Limited Warranty  Stipulations:   printed below are made a part of the warranty as though fully incorporated herein, and Deep Blue Collision Center, Inc. agrees to be bound by each and every one.

This written warranty:  shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by the Warranty Grantor. This warranty is not transferable. Warranty is not valid for repairs completed over previously repaired areas.
